Job Summary: The Specialist of Business Intelligence plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technologies, this position is responsible for leading business intelligence initiatives, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels—from analysts to the C-suite.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server code development, SAP Business Objects, and business analysis, ensuring robust data solutions and impactful reporting.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop and optimize SQL Server code to support business intelligence efforts.

Lead business analysis initiatives, providing actionable insights to all levels of the organization.

Manage and maintain SAP Business Objects applications, including: Business Objects Central Management Console (BO CMC) Business Objects Information Design Tool Business Objects Web Intelligence Business Objects BI Launchpad Design and publish reports using Business Objects Web Intelligence, leveraging: Business Views Free-Hand SQL Standalone files Create, maintain, support, and upgrade reports, dashboards, cubes, and data warehouses.

Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all business intelligence platforms.

Develop and implement BI strategies to support company objectives.
