Job Title: BI Developer Lead Location: Foster City, CA Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Experience: 9–12 years Visa: ONLY W2 Key Requirements (Must-Have): 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Databricks, and SQL for ETL automation, data workflows, and KPI generation Strong expertise in PySpark, Pandas, NumPy for data processing and transformation Proven experience designing and optimizing ETL workflows in Databricks 2+ years of experience building interactive BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire Hands-on customization of dashboards using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and KPI automation 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps Interested candidates may share their resume with a clear skills summary and exact years of experience.
