Description

Overview: We are partnering with a growing, data-driven organization seeking a Data Analyst to join their team.

This individual will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across multiple departments.

Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives Utilize CRM systems to extract, analyze, and manage customer data Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role Strong experience working with CRM platforms (required) Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Experience with SQL and/or other data querying languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities The Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
