Role Overview Our client is implementing a new internal tax system as part of a strategic initiative to modernize outdated tax processes.

TCG is supporting the organization through this transformation by serving as a strategic connector between multiple stakeholders, including training teams, system developers, and business users.

To help achieve these objectives, we are seeking a Business Analyst with demonstrated experience in agile delivery and business process documentation and improvement.

This individual will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — translating operational needs into clear requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and ensuring that system capabilities are aligned with how the organization actually works.

The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, process-oriented, and comfortable operating within agile frameworks in a complex government environment.
