Role: Business Analyst Core Banking Experience required: 8 to 20 years Location:- Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai/ Chennai/NCR Required Technical Skillset:-:- Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking.

This is in the banking space with areas like Deposits , Loans , Trade Finance , CASA and related accounting Experience on a Core Banking system is a key skill needed Experience in Loans Operations , Trade Finance Operations will be an added advantage Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams) Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents Experience of working in a Core Banking related company – either a product developer (Temenos , Finacle , FIS , Oracle FlexCube/OFSS , Finastra, Intellect Design Arena ) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL , WIPRO , Deloitte , Accenture , ..

) or in a Bank in core operations service center Responsibilities:- Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g.

AI in Core Banking) Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Banking domain and translate that into business Requirements
