We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Management team.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing market trends, and supporting the development of impactful EdTech products.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and key stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE Collaborate with Product Managers, customers, and internal teams to define product requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide insights that shape product development.
Identify inefficiencies in product workflows and recommend solutions to optimize user experience and operational performance.
Leverage data analytics to track product performance, measure impact, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
