Description
Business Analyst – Operations The Business Analyst will serve as a critical liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that stakeholder needs are accurately captured, translated into actionable technical requirements, and delivered through effective solutions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement: Interview and collaborate with geo-dispersed stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including business and technical teams, to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Translate functional/business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Conduct GAP analysis and document current and future state processes.
Develop artifacts such as functional and technical requirements, requirement traceability matrix, data diagrams, UI/UX mockups, feature mapping, and UAT test cases.
Process Design & Modeling: Design business process workflows using BPMN/UML standards in Visio or similar tools.
