Job Description – Business Analyst (BA) Position : Business Analyst (BA) Experience : 4–6 Years Location : Kolkata Domain Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Retail & Supply Chain Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in E-commerce Retail and Supply Chain systems.
The candidate will work closely with business users, product managers, and technical teams to support system configurations, analyze issues, and drive feature enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: ● Understand end-to-end business processes related to E-commerce, Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
● Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new feature development or enhancement requests.
● Discuss and review BRDs with Product Managers and align on scope, impact, and priority.
● Support UAT activities, validate business scenarios, and ensure smooth rollout of features.
● Have a strong understanding of system features, configurations, and functional workflows.
● Perform first-level analysis for any system or process-related issues raised by users.
