Our expertise spans the entire data and analytics continuum, including: Business Intelligence & Visualization Enterprise Data Management Performance Management Advanced & Next-Generation Analytics Big Data & Cloud Platforms Cognitive Technologies Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning The Role – Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Data, AI & Analytics) We are seeking experienced Techno-Functional Business Analysts with strong expertise in data & analytics platforms, AI/ML, and Generative AI-driven products .

The ideal candidate combines: Strong business acumen Technical depth in modern data ecosystems Hands-on exposure to AI-powered solutions You will engage with stakeholders, define product requirements, support solution design, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 Business & Functional Analysis / Project Management Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across data and AI initiatives Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new features Act as a bridge between business, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams 🔹 Data & Analytics Interpret and model business data requirements for dashboards and analytical products Define data models, mappings, and transformation rules Partner with data engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) Support development of dashboards, KPIs, and insight frameworks using tools such as Power BI or Tableau 🔹 AI / ML / Generative AI Define AI/ML use cases with data scientists and AI engineers Contribute to solution design for GenAI applications (RAG workflows, LLM integrations, copilots, AI agents) Validate training data requirements and model outputs Drive adoption of AI-powered automation and insights within business processes 🔹 Product Ownership & Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of data & AI features Manage backlogs and sprint planning in Agile environments Lead UAT cycles and support production rollout Ensure stakeholder alignment and post-deployment adoption Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Techno-Functional Consultant MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred Strong experience with data modeling, analytics platforms, and BI tools Functional or hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solutions Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Ability to write clear business requirements and process documentation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset; familiarity with SQL is a plus Preferred / Good to Have Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, vector databases, or AI copilots Agile/Scrum or project management experience Domain expertise in FMCG/CPG or Automotive Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, or AI governance frameworks How You’ll Grow at Deloitte Our professional development philosophy is centered on continuous growth at every career stage.
