Description
Overview We are seeking a Building Risk Assessment and Mitigation Lead to strengthen our organization's ability to assess, communicate, and mitigate risks across global workspace projects.
In this role, you will lead efforts to systematically identify vulnerabilities, enhance physical security design, and develop a comprehensive protective design framework for both new and existing properties worldwide.
You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that security best practices are integrated seamlessly throughout the entire project lifecycle — from site selection through ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities Physical Security Assessment & Analysis Conduct physical security assessments and remote site surveys to evaluate current system effectiveness.
Identify and analyze threats and vulnerabilities within physical security designs, installations, configurations, and maintenance practices.
Document, categorize, and prioritize risks based on likelihood and potential impact.
Risk Mitigation & Reporting Develop and recommend cost-effective design solutions to mitigate identified risks, including those surfaced through supplemental security programs.
Produce detailed, easy-to-understand risk assessment reports summarizing findings, risk levels, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
