Come Join Our Team! Purpose: The Biologics Care Coordinator (BCC) plays a critical role in supporting dermatology patients prescribed biologic therapies.
The BCC acts as the primary liaison between patients, dermatologists, specialty pharmacies, insurance providers, and Patient Support Programs to ensure timely access to treatment and adherence to therapy.
This role requires clinical knowledge, administrative coordination, and compassionate patient support.
