Role Value Proposition We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of IT Resiliency to join our MetLife Japan team.

This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, resilience, and effective incident management of our technology services across Japan operations.

The AVP will be instrumental in enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and fostering strong collaboration with business lines and all IT partners, including Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Data organizations.

This is a dynamic role for a leader who can thrive under pressure and build high-performing teams in a complex, regulated financial services environment.
