Position Summary The Assistant Vice President (“AVP”), Business Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue growth through data-driven analytics across Renovo’s Originations platform.

This role blends sales analytics, sales enablement, market intelligence and executive reporting to influence how Renovo prioritizes markets, builds local offices and teams, grows market share, acquires new customers and scales revenue.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary analytics partner to Director of Lending Strategy.

Support Director of Lending Strategy and Chief Lending Officer in the creation and refinement of key executive sales & market reports focused on sales performance, pipeline dynamics, competitor intelligence, product mix, strategic partnership efforts and all other areas of the sales ecosystem.

Support strategic planning for market prioritization and growth, sales coverage models and product development.
