Overview Job Purpose As an Automation Engineer within the Service Reliability department at Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), you will play a critical role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our operations platforms.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining automation tools and solutions that meet our high standards for customer service and incident reduction.
You will collaborate closely with the Operations and SRE teams to implement automation changes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement projects.
Your expertise will help ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructure, enabling our customers to manage risk and make informed decisions globally.
Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Tools: Build, deliver, and maintain tools and solutions for our operations platforms to meet customer service standards and reduce incidents.
Troubleshooting: Actively troubleshoot issues during validation and production phases.
Process Optimization: Update existing processes and design new ones to optimize performance.
Customer Collaboration: Work with internal customers to understand their infrastructure automation requirements.
