About The Team Morningstar’s Corporate Digital Web Team powers our global public web presence, partnering with marketing, product, design, and technology to create user-centered, high‑performing digital experiences for investors and clients.
About The Role We’re looking for a Digital UX Specialist who’s excited to experiment, learn, and shape better website experiences—using real user data to test ideas, refine page patterns, and help bring intuitive, modern digital journeys to life.
This position is based in our Chicago office.
We follow a hybrid policy of at least 4 days onsite.
Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in-person each week as we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis.
What you’ll do: Support the design and setup of A/B and multivariate tests on key page types, from hypothesis through to results and recommendations.
Review and align existing pages to new templates and components as part of system and CMS migrations, flagging UX and content issues.
Create simple wireframes or prototypes for page layouts and flows that follow our design system and accessibility standards.
