Madewell is seeking an Influencer + Community Associate to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will support shaping and elevating Madewell’s brand identity.
In partnership with Influencer Manager + Sr.
Social Media Manager, you will support driving the development of effective strategies that marry brand creative & results in the Social & Community team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Must be highly motivated, proactive, collaborative, a self-starter, solution-oriented, resilient, interested in customer data and comms planning, and above all --a champion of the creative process and building strategies that lead to compelling work.
Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Social & Community + Senior Manager on the Creative Partner Program – from strategy development, identifying talent, contract, to finalizing content needs and product needs.
Support performance-driven partnerships and campaigns, collaborating with key team leaders to maximize content across paid and digital channels.
