mdg , A Freeman Company is a marketing agency with head, heart and a passion for what we do – delivering measurable results for live event clients in diverse categories like education, healthcare, technology, alternative energy, gummy bears, woodfired pizza, and craft beer (we’ll explain those last three later).

Our creative team is seeking an Associate Creative Director who will play a key role in bringing bold ideas to life and supporting the creative vision that shapes the future of mdg .

More than a graphic designer, this person will help develop and execute creative concepts, leverage new technology in the design process, and collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to ensure work meets the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace learning the nuances of multiple clients and industries, and contribute to holistic campaigns that drive measurable results.

This role will partner with the Creative Director and leadership team to maintain consistency across projects, provide guidance to the creative team, and ensure deliverables align with client objectives.

While not the primary decision-maker, the Associate Creative Director will influence creative direction, mentor team members, and occasionally roll up their sleeves to produce design work when needed.
