Job Description Three to five years experience working in Trade Litigation, which includes all facets of antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before both the U.S.
Department of Commerce and the U.S.
International Trade Commission, as well as judicial appeals of these agencies determinations.
Support the Trade Policy practice before various government agencies, including the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
Work on sophisticated matters and have direct contact with clients.
Have a solid understanding of the relevant legal environment, persuasive writing abilities, an ability to work well under pressure, and a willingness to travel internationally.
Candidates with quantitative capabilities, an accounting and/or economics background, and familiarity with Excel are preferred.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school, as well as active membership and standing in the District of Columbia Bar, is required.
