Description

Are you a collaborative, driven commercial real estate professional who thrives when given the freedom to take ownership and make an impact? Do you want to work in an environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is a priority, and your leadership is felt day-to-day? This role offers you the chance to step into a position where you’re trusted to run the building as if it were your own, backed by a leadership team that’s there to support, mentor, and open doors for your career.

Maybe you’re currently a Property Administrator, or you’ve been in an Assistant Property Manager role and feel ready to step up into an APM/PM-level position.

If you’ve spent the past three or more years supporting Class A office assets and want the opportunity to take real accountability, this is the platform to prove yourself.

You’ll support a flagship Class A office high-rise in the heart of New York City, reporting directly to a Senior PM with no dedicated Property Manager in place, giving you significant responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to grow quickly.

You’ll be at the center of the building’s success, involved in everything from strategic planning and budgeting to tenant relations, vendor management, and project fit-outs.

You’ll not only learn the ins and outs of managing a trophy asset, but also gain the experience and relationships that can accelerate your career in property management.

All of this while working with one of the world’s most widely recognised developers, a company renowned for its expertise, high standards, and ability to deliver world-class assets.

If you’re ready to grow, contribute, and thrive in an environment where your work truly matters, we’d love to connect with you.
