For more information, please visit the.team Assistants are responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to the agent in client and internal matters.

Role And Responsibilities Data Entry - offers, finals, deposits, contracts, etc Tracking - contracts, deposits etc Maintain accuracy of buyer contact records in booking system Manage inbound phone calls on behalf of agent Set and confirm meetings and maintain calendars for agents Book agent business travel Submit agent expense reports Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle varied personalities and sensitive situations Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and confidentiality Work requires excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Computer literacy is a must Base salary range: $46,500 – $47,500, plus bonus potential.
