PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Assistant General Counsel, Contracts and Privacy at our Tysons, Virginia location.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide legal counsel and services to management and staff of Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed) on commercial contracts and data privacy.

Draft, review, and negotiate all types of commercial contracts (including confidentiality, vendor, partnership, employment, data processing and master services agreements) and related documents (including statements of work, amendments, addenda, attachments, forms, etc.).
Provide legal advice related to use of data, intellectual property, technology and privacy for the credit union business units and functions.
