this is the job As an Asset and Estates Manager at itsu, you will be responsible for overseeing all transactional matters across the existing property portfolio, as well as supporting new acquisition opportunities when required.

You will build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and managing agents, and manage external consultants to ensure itsu is represented professionally and consistently in the market.

Core Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Support the management of itsu’s property portfolio, ensuring the effective operation of existing sites and identifying opportunities to enhance estate performance.
