Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales Specialist based in Japan to drive sales and GTM execution for AppScan , HCLSoftware’s flagship application security testing solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise sales experience, deep familiarity with cybersecurity or application security domains, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across complex sales cycles in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Solutioning: Define and execute the sales strategy for AppScan across Japan.

Position AppScan as a core component of customers’ secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps initiatives.

Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale expansion.

Collaborate with pre-sales, services, and product teams to craft tailored client solutions.

Partner with Client Directors, regional channels, and alliance teams to drive pipeline and market penetration.

Sales Operations: Work closely with regional solution and delivery teams to track opportunities and ensure timely closure.
