Position Overview : As an Area HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Ontario, you will play a pivotal role in supporting store managers and sales floor teams, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, productive, and aligned with UNIQLO ’s mission.

Key Responsibilities : Act as the main HR advisor for store managers, assistant store managers, and area managers in your assigned region.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, from coaching to conflict resolution Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with employment law.
Enforce progressive discipline, lead disciplinary meetings, and manage termination processes with professionalism.
Ensure employee records are complete and accurate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
