What You'll do: Groundswell is growing and looking for an Appian Business Analyst to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian product teams and potentially engaging customers to generate requirements specific to Appian applications.

Responsibilities: Support Product Dev Managers in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) for a given application / product and the supporting release plans.

Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, process improvement/reengineering analysis, process design, and models BPM applications, user interface design, and data interface requirement discovery.

Conduct discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to collect and document solution requirements.
