Job Description The Analyst - Global Reporting & Analytics, Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and distribution of key performance reports and dashboards within the Sourcing function while also contributing to strategic projects within the Industrial department.
This role is focused on data-driven insights to monitor and analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and sourcing KPIs.
Additionally, this individual will support the preparation of reports and presentations on sourcing activities, enabling data-driven decisions by providing clear visibility into spend patterns, supplier insights, and improvement areas.
The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across Sourcing, Finance, and senior management teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to inform business decisions.
Key Accountabilities Metrics & Analysis Generate and distribute monthly KPI reports to stakeholders across the organization, including supplier cost uploads, Purchase Price Variances, Cost Savings and overall sourcing efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI to track and visualize sourcing performance metrics, including PPV, supplier performance, and cost-related KPIs.
Regularly engage with internal stakeholders, including sourcing teams, finance, category management, and senior management, to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and expectations.
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into understandable insights that drive business decisions.
