AI Solutions Architect at Learning Consultant
Description
We’re looking for an AI Solutions Architect with a few years of hands-on experience What You’ll Be Doing Create and refine AI-driven workflows that support our internal teams and help customers achieve better outcomes.
Help shape and maintain our services delivery approach—how we staff projects, how work moves through the pipeline, and how we ensure consistency.
Identify areas where automation can remove friction or speed up work, then design improvements that actually stick.
Work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build templates, playbooks, and practical use-case frameworks.
Keep an eye on how well our workflows perform, measure what works and what doesn’t, and suggest clear next steps to improve them.
Partner directly with customers as a technical advisor who can translate business needs into workable AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of experience in data science, software engineering, solutions engineering/architecture, or a related technical role.
Someone who has experience streamlining systems, automating workflows, or improving operational processes.
