Job Title: Agile Coach(Only w2) Location: Hillsboro, OR | San Francisco, CA | Sacramento, CA Experience level : 15+ Years of overall experience About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and scaling Agile practices.
The Agile Coach will be responsible for mentoring, training, and driving cultural transformation across programs, ensuring alignment to enterprise Agile strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, hands-on coaching experience, and the ability to influence and inspire leadership teams as well as delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership teams.
Drive Agile transformation strategies at the team, program, and enterprise levels.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with senior leadership to align Agile principles with business objectives and outcomes.
Provide hands-on coaching in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile frameworks.
