How will you help us make an impact? 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Reporting to the Director, Finance, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations as we scale beyond $20M in annual recurring revenue.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented finance leader who combines strong technical accounting skills with deep understanding of financial dynamics.

This individual will ensure the integrity of our financial statements, drive automation and efficiency in our systems, and deliver insights that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role—the Accounting Manager will be expected to both roll up their sleeves on complex accounting issues and build scalable processes to support future growth.

As a Accounting Manager at Clariti, you'll get to : Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE standards and manage the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and all key accounting functions (AR/AP, payroll, cash management).

Maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies suitable for a fast-scaling SaaS organization.
